Jared in Xai Xai

I have enjoyed to read Jared's account of a trip to Xai Xai, in Gaza, Mozambique. Jared is my most recent bookmark in the new category "Mozambique Blogs". Ever since I "adopted"/sponsor three Xai Xai boys from the Dominican Nuns School, I avidly read every single thing I find about Xai Xai. Jared works for the Mennonite Economic Development Associates and unfortunately he had no contact with the Dominican School, but it was good to hear what is happening there in terms of help, credit, how people live and so on. Thanks Jared for your account.
Actually, I must say I have also appreciated Bill Gates' donation to the research of malaria actually taking place in Mozambique, lead by Pedro Alonso. I have loved Time's special issue "How to save a life". Good news are so much better than bad news!
