Loosing weight is very easy, and it doesn't take a special diet where you have to look at a paper, or book, to figure out what to get in the supermarket. It doesn't require counting calories or anything alse. It is all very simple, maybe not so easy, depending on how strong is your will. The good thing is my weight loss strategy will make you healthier and will keep you healthy for a long time. It is applicable to everyone, except maybe pregnant women and people with diabetes or other conditions that require specific diets. Here is goes: (the rules are ordered by importance)
DO NOTS:
- Do not eat anything deep fried.
- Avoid bread, potatos, rice, pasta, anything with flour.
- Avoid anything with sugar: candy, chocolate, desserts, icecream, pudding, etc.
- Do not eat more that one small serving
- Do not drink anything with sugar/sweetener
- Avoid dressings and sauces
DOS:
- Eat everything green as much as you want: lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, green beans, etc.
- Eat protein such as meat, fish, eggs, soy, beans - 1 serving a day
- Eat all fruits as much as you want.
- Raw is better than cooked (fruits and vegetables)
- Drink water
- Use olive oil uncooked, avoid all kinds of butter
- If absolutely necessary, choose whole meal
- At least once every 2 weeks have a very special meal and eat everything you feel like
- Exercise half an hour twice a week, if possible, or just go for a walk
- These habits are to keep, do not stop after the first 5 pounds are gone!
Eating like this will make you loose weight slowly until you are fit. When your body has dropped all the unecessary fat, your weight will just stay the same naturally. Time is not a factor, don't hurry, this plan is to last a lifetime.
